1. Eligibility and User Registration

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details, including full name, mobile number, and email address.
• Each student account is meant for individual learning only. Account sharing, credential pooling, or multi-user login is strictly prohibited.
• The platform implements active session tracking to protect copyrighted lectures and tests, limiting access to a maximum of 2 authenticated devices per student.

2. Services Offered

Rahimantra provides online educational services focused on competitive teaching examinations (including Bihar STET, BPSC TRE-4, CTET, Pedagogy, and General Studies). Services include live and recorded video lessons, digital PDF notes, Computer-Based Test (CBT) mock tests, e-books, and exam notification updates.

3. Payments, Pricing & Billing

• All course prices and fees displayed on the platform are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways, primarily Razorpay. RUDRA ENTERPRISES does not collect or store raw debit/credit card numbers or net banking passwords.
• Upon successful transaction completion, instant digital confirmation and tax-compliant invoice are generated and available in the student dashboard.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Rahimantra.com—including videos, pedagogical lectures, mock exam questions, study materials, logos, graphic assets, and software code—is the proprietary intellectual property of RUDRA ENTERPRISES. Unauthorized downloading, screen-recording, broadcasting, re-publishing, sharing on Telegram/YouTube, or commercial resale is strictly illegal and will invite civil and criminal legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

5. User Conduct and Account Termination

Users agree not to engage in abusive behavior on live classes, student forums, or support tickets. RUDRA ENTERPRISES reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if any user is found guilty of copyright infringement, abusive conduct, or fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% syllabus accuracy and high server uptime, RUDRA ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet downtime, candidate exam disqualification, or third-party examination commission schedule changes.

7. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts situated in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.
