1. Digital Products Delivery (Online Courses, Mock Tests, E-Books & PDF Notes)
All digital products—including Bihar STET Foundation batches, BPSC TRE-4 courses, CTET preparation, CBT mock test series, pedagogy modules, and e-books—are delivered electronically.
- Delivery Method: Direct access is unlocked inside the student's personal account dashboard (Student Portal).
- Delivery Timeline: Immediate upon successful payment verification via Razorpay (typically within 0 to 15 minutes).
- Order Confirmation: An instant digital confirmation receipt and invoice are dispatched to the student's registered mobile number and email address within minutes of payment.
2. Physical Goods Delivery (Printed Books / Study Kits, If Applicable)
For select programs where printed hard-copy books, question banks, or study kits are explicitly included as physical merchandise:
- Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched from our Muzaffarpur warehouse within 2 to 3 business days of payment verification.
- Delivery Timeline: Delivered across India within 5 to 7 business days via reputed postal or courier partners (India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery).
- Tracking: A consignment tracking number and dispatch SMS will be provided to the student once the shipment is handed over to the courier.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly specified during checkout prior to final payment.
