1. Cancellation Policy

• Immediate Digital Provision: Online courses, live sessions, PDF study notes, and test series purchased on Rahimantra.com are immediately activated in your student dashboard upon successful payment verification.
• Cancellation Window: If a student has purchased a course by mistake, a cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the student has not accessed more than 1 recorded video lesson or attempted any mock test.
• After 24 hours of purchase or upon significant course content consumption, cancellation requests cannot be accepted due to the immediate intellectual property access granted.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

Refunds will be approved under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate / Multiple Debits: If you are charged more than once for the same course or subject due to a technical glitch, payment gateway timeout, or bank server delay.
• Technical Non-Delivery: If money has been debited from your bank account/card, but the course is not activated within 24 hours, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
• Erroneous Transaction: Verified cancellation requests raised within the 24-hour window where zero to minimal content was accessed.
